Penalties

If you do not present the certificates of registration and programme completion by the stated deadlines, the municipality will issue a formal notification. You will be required to take the necessary steps within two months.

If you fail to meet your obligations within the two-month period, your case will be transferred to the administration of the Joint Community Commission, Vivalis, that will initiate administrative penalty proceedings. You may be fined between 100 and 2,500 euros. van 100 tot 2.500 euro.
